Czechs have the equivalent of the UK O2 Priority tickets (O2 Extra) but obviously you need a Czech O2 account.
There are several primary ticket agencies for the Czech Republic some of which offer digital eTickets for some events:

Fource (mainly indie/hipster events)
Prago Koncert (mainly heavy metal/rock events)
Obscure Promotion (mainly metal/industrial events)
Bohemia Ticket (classical/theatre/opera)
Ticket Stream - defunct as of 2019
Sazka Ticket - defunct as of early 2014
